Fulfillment

We fulfill orders one business day after orders are placed.

We offer free US ground shipping through UPS. Expedited shipping can be selected for an additional cost during the checkout process.

Ground shipping orders should arrive within 2-5 business days.

All orders shipped to New York and Idaho are subject to state sales tax.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 7 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Free US returns are offered if made within 7 days of delivery and tags and packaging are kept intact.

Refunds or exchanges generally take 5-7 business days after receipt of the item.

For exchanges, we offer free one-way shipping on all domestic orders within 7 days of the original date of delivery. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned item back to Gávea.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the item was received.
  • If the item has been damaged or altered in any way that would prevent it from being sold as new.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.

We do not provide refunds due to a delay in delivery.

International Shipping

We ship international orders via DHL. Orders are expected to arrive between 3-7 business days.

We do not cover duties or taxes on international orders. Shipping costs to countries outside of the US are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that may be incurred. These shipments may be subject to taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). Recipient is the Importer of Record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

For Damaged Items

If a damaged, defective or incorrect product is received, please notify us immediately. Once we assess the product and determine whether the garment is damaged, defective or incorrect, we reserve the right to send a new garment or to issue a refund. We will cover shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
